Jess Koprivica, FNP-BC is a board certified nurse practitioner. She grew up in Chicago and originally graduated from nursing school in 2010 and became a nurse practitioner in 2016. She has a passion for addressing wellness from a holistic approach, helping clients feel like the best version of themselves. She has an eye for facial balancing and prides herself on ensuring her clients continue to look like themselves, with a natural and rejuvenated appearance. In her free time Jess enjoys spending time in nature with her husband and three young children. 

 Gladys is a board certified nurse practitioner with a strong passion for helping others look and feel their best. Her journey into health care began with a biology degree at Newman University, followed by an accelerated nursing degree from Wichita State University in 2016. For the majority of her nursing career she worked in the emergency department setting before deciding to go back to school to continue her education, earning her master’s in nursing from Vanderbilt University in 2021. Gladys says, “I want to be my patient's number 1 hype girl and help them gain back their confidence & control of their health.” In her free time she loves to spend time with her husband and their families, play volleyball, and travel. 

Averi Young, BSN, RN is a registered nurse at Vital Aesthetics and Wellness. She graduated from The University of Kansas School of Nursing with her BSN in 2022. Averi started her nursing career in an Intensive Care Unit, which led to her passion for educating patients on their wellness journey. She is excited to help patients look and feel their best selves. Averi's hobbies include running and playing with her dogs, Frank and Paddy.
